Job Description

Job Title

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Senior Executive (Audit & Taxation) to manage day-to-day audit, taxation, and compliance assignments. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant, CA Finalist, or experienced professional in auditing and taxation with sound accounting and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct and manage Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits independently.
Prepare and review Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and TDS filings.
Draft and finalize Financial Statements, CMA Data, and Project Reports.
Handle Corporate Law Compliances including ROC filings, Board resolutions, and secretarial documentation.
Provide consultation on Taxation, GST, and Accounting matters to clients.
Coordinate with clients, government departments, and regulatory bodies for various audit and tax proceedings.
Keep abreast with latest amendments in Income Tax, GST, and Companies Act.
Ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and confidentiality in all professional assignments.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong command over Audit, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, GST & Corporate Law.
Working knowledge of Tally, MS Office, and taxation/accounting software.
Excellent communication, drafting, and presentation skills in English.
Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation.
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the CA profession.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualified CA / CA Finalist / Article Completed Candidate preferred.
Candidates with experience in a CA firm or audit practice will be given priority.
Fresh Chartered Accountants with a strong academic record are welcome to apply.
