Role Overview: Join our Markets Operations Technology Team at Citi, a global financial institution, where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of cases within ETL applications. The team provides exposure to various countries such as India, America, and the UK. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, and establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs or user areas. - Monitor and control all phases of the development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation, as well as provide user and operational support to business users. - Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, evaluate business processes, system processes, industry standards, and make evaluative judgments. - Recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality. - Ensure essential procedures are followed, help define operating standards and processes, act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders, and drive the adoption of modern engineering practices. Qualifications Required: - Experience with ETL Applications and in the Banking Industry. - Experience with high-performance & high-volume Integrated ETL Development using Talent and database performance tuning. - Strong understanding of Databases, performance tuning, Stored Procedures, etc. - Sound analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt to changes necessitated by business requirements and technology. - Post-trade processing experience; Familiarity with trade life cycle and associated business processes.
