Senior Enterprise Software Engineer (C, .net Core, API, Design and Architecture)

As a Senior Enterprise Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tackle advanced software engineering tasks with greater independence. Your primary focus will be on contributing significantly to the design, development, and optimization of enterprise applications. This role is crucial in ensuring robust performance in high-stakes environments such as finance and HR. Your responsibilities will include independently developing and enhancing software applications, leading code reviews to maintain coding standards, conducting thorough debugging and optimization, performing end-to-end testing and validation, and keeping detailed technical documentation up to date. You will also be tasked with implementing and monitoring software performance improvements, providing technical advice during project planning, supporting deployment strategies and execution, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to align requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to offer advanced technical support to resolve complex user issues. To excel in this role, you must possess advanced programming skills with at least 8 years of experience in .NET development and a minimum of 2 years working with .NET Core. You should have expertise in ASP.NET client and server-side scripting, experience in API integrations with third-party tools, a solid understanding of design and architecture concepts, and the ability to identify and resolve complex software issues efficiently. Proficiency in version control, particularly Git or similar tools, as well as comprehensive testing skills, detailed documentation abilities, and knowledge of performance optimization techniques, are essential. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the capability to provide high-quality technical support to address intricate user issues will be key to your success in this role.
