Senior Enterprise Mobility (MDM) Engineer

Role Overview: You will be working as a Senior Enterprise Mobility (MDM) Engineer with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in supporting Windows and OSX technologies. As an IT Principal Engineer in the End User Computing department at Northern Trust, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining standards for the end user delivery model, focusing on digital workspace solutions for both on-site and remote workforce. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, deploy, and support Microsoft Modern Management platforms such as Intune, SCCM, Cloud Management Gateway, Windows Autopilot, Co-management, MEM, and Azure Portal, along with MDM for the MAC/OSX infrastructure integrated between Jamf and Microsoft Intune. - Ensure the security and availability of systems, applications, and infrastructure by aligning with STIG/CIS guidelines, monitoring, alerting, and remediating noncompliance or vulnerabilities, and assessing opportunities for improvement. - Manage evaluation, installation, integration, testing, and performance monitoring of infrastructure and related software products for a multi-client, multi-vendor systems software/hardware environment. - Provide technical analysis to protect all information processed, stored, or transmitted by systems. - Apply expertise in end user service design framework to deliver a superior experience that is scalable, sustainable, supportable, and aligned to future state. - Ensure compliance for controls, standards, device posture, MFA, infrastructure solutions, and transition knowledge to infrastructure operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. - Related technology certifications are a plus, such as ITIL certifications and engineering certifications.
