Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale our engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about system architecture, scalable frameworks, and cutting-edge technologies including blockchain. You will play a critical role in designing high-performance backend and frontend systems while mentoring engineering teams to deliver robust, reliable, and secure applications.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend and backend engineers.
Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and secure applications using Typescript, Node.js, Express.js, Angular, and MySQL.
Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver features and products.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership on complex systems.
Guide the team through technical challenges, design decisions, and code reviews.
Establish frameworks and reusable components to speed up development cycles.
Support performance tuning, security enhancements, and infrastructure scalability.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of overall experience in software development with at least 5 years in an engineering leadership role.
Strong expertise in architecture design, system frameworks, and distributed systems.
Proficiency in Typescript, Node.js, Express.js, Angular, and MySQL.
Proven track record in building scalable applications and microservices-based architectures.
Deep understanding of software engineering lifecycle, CI/CD practices, and agile methodologies.
Good understanding of blockchain technologies, including smart contracts, decentralization principles, and integration with blockchain protocols.
Experience in working with cloud environments like AWS/GCP/Azure.
Good to have Prior exposure to fintech, Web3, or blockchain-based applications.
