To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - At least 12+ years of experience in software development and delivery, with a strong understanding of software architectures. Additionally, you must have at least 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Manager leading development teams. - Strong engineering skills, including experience in distributed systems design, with a focus on enhancing code structure and architecture for improved testability and maintainability. - Team development skills, such as setting roadmaps and goals for the team, offering engineering advice, delivering transparent feedback, and fostering career growth for team members. - Excellent project management skills, product ownership mindset, customer-centric approach, and problem-solving abilities. - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
