As a key member of the team, you will lead multiple software development teams, architecting solutions at scale, and overseeing all aspects of the software development life cycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage multiple software engineering teams, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship for team and individual growth. - Attract, onboard, develop, and retain top talents while fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture. - Drive initiatives to advance technical skills, standards, practices, and architecture within the engineering teams. - Facilitate technical debate and decision making, challenging the status quo to continuously improve. **Qualifications Required:** - Results-oriented, collaborative, and pragmatic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. - 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5-6 years in leading high-performing teams. - Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go for developing new applications. - Experience in making architectural and design decisions for large-scale platforms. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and enable team growth and performance. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across the organization. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills integrating technical and business requirements.
