You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in the complete software development life cycle, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Requirements

Experience:

5 to 7 years in the software industry as a Software Developer or similar role

Technical Skills:

Strong development expertise in
Java/JEE
with
Spring framework
Knowledge of
microservices-based architectures
Experience with any
UI framework
: AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript
Good knowledge of
SQL databases
(MySQL, Oracle, or similar)
Exposure to
NoSQL development
Strong expertise in
Linux-based application development
Hands-on experience with
unit testing frameworks and debugging tools
Experience with
GitLab
or similar version control systems
Working experience in
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Good knowledge of
Cloud Computing
and
Cloud Native Application Development
Strong expertise in
Linux Operating Systems
Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines
Experience with
requirement, test, and bug management tools
Exposure to
Artificial Intelligence
usage in development activities

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Strong listening skills and collaborative team player
Ability to take technical leadership and mentor scrum team members

Good to Have:

Roles and Responsibilities

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and execute assigned tasks
Design, code, and develop tests based on requirements
Write unit test cases
Conduct code reviews and review test cases
Troubleshoot and fix bugs in testing and production environments
Document design, feature specifications, and user guides
