Job Description

As a Senior Engineer in Technical Support at Siemens, you will play a crucial role in providing support to customers worldwide through various communication channels such as Voice, Email, and Chat. Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries related to products, solutions, warranty, and more. Additionally, you will remotely troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer sites, ensuring efficient and effective problem resolution. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing technical support to international customers through Voice, E-mail, and Chat. Being tech-savvy with a strong understanding of PC, Linux, and Networking fundamentals is essential. Familiarity with the Linux platform and web applications, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, is required. Your role will also involve creating self-help resources and contributing to the development of a knowledge base for customers. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, are key attributes for success in this position.
