Senior Engineer SCADA

Role Overview: As an Application Engineer at Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in contributing to Network Control projects both in India and abroad. The Network Control Systems you will work with are advanced real-time systems designed for managing operations in a modern control center, providing monitoring and control capabilities in an integrated software platform. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and verify Hitachi Energy's Network Control software & third-party software. - Prepare and modify product technical documents according to project-specific requirements. - Collect, map, cleanse, and load data into Hitachi Energy's ES products. - Build displays and generate reports in Graphical User Interfaces. - Conduct system testing at the factory and on-site, documenting the results systematically. - Provide solutions to technical issues reported by external and internal customers. - Interface with customers and the local consultant team to ensure customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (EE)/EEE. - 2-4 years of experience with any SCADA, EMS, and DMS product from a reputed vendor. - Basic knowledge of any high-level programming language with experience using debuggers. - Ability to fetch data by writing complex SQL statements. - Knowledge of Power applications.
