Job Description

As a Senior Engineer (PHP Product Support) at GlobalLogic, your primary responsibility will be to provide clear, timely, and professional technical support to customers or internal teams. You will diagnose and resolve issues related to product functionality or performance, communicate with customers to understand and document their issues, and provide troubleshooting advice to assist customers in understanding solutions. Additionally, you will create and maintain documentation related to support processes, troubleshooting, and product changes. Your role will also involve suggesting product improvements based on feedback or technical observations, sharing insights or best practices with the team, and ensuring alignment with overall project goals. Furthermore, you may be required to train or assist other team members in areas where expertise is needed. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in PHP Web Development, with proven expertise in developing, testing, and maintaining web applications and features. Hands-on experience in identifying, documenting defects, and deploying new product versions and updates is essential. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in English are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members. You must be willing to work from the office and be flexible with a 24/7 shift schedule.
