Senior Engr / Asst. Manager Assembly Process Engineering is responsible for Assy process definition for RFQ Process / Awarded Program / Development / Installation / prove out & Handover to Operations. Responsible to manage Assy Line programs through direct involvement through all phases from engineering support at the supplier Meeting all the program KPIs of assy process line, Quality & timing The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, ability and essential duties required to successfully perform this job. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Welding Fixture (MIG / Spot) Design Review and Validation, Prove out and Hand over to Production Line. Prepare the assembly layout with multiple options, which will be compact, in line with the Lean Manufacturing Concept. Support manufacturing plant in all aspects for the safe launch of the project. Programming Knowledge in KUKA and FANUC Robot. Good knowledge in PLCs AB / Mitsubishi Well versed with GD&T and its application in assembly process.
