Senior Engineer Plant Maintenance - Crankcase

As a Diploma or Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 7+ years of relevant experience, you should have a strong knowledge of all the mechanical components found in machines such as Turning, Vertical Machining Centres (VMC), Horizontal Machining Centres (HMC), and Grinding machines. Additionally, a strong working knowledge of machine hydraulic and pneumatic systems is essential for this role. You should also possess the ability to read technical drawings and schematic diagrams effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Review and monitor the performance of the line/section regularly. - Establish job priorities and time frames for personal reporting to you. - Minimize the Breakdown loss on machine/equipment in the respective area by conducting breakdown analysis and maintaining machine history cards. - Plan and execute Planned, Preventive, and Predictive Maintenance Activities for machines and equipment. - Implement IMS Objectives, Targets & Programmes effectively. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. - Strong knowledge of mechanical components in various machines. - Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematic diagrams. - Familiarity with machine hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
