Senior Engineer - PD

Role Overview: You will be joining the Technology, Data, and Innovation (TDI) Private Bank team as a GCP - Senior Engineer in Pune. Your main focus will be on Partner data, the central client reference data system in Germany, involving mainframe, on-premise cloud, restful services, and an angular frontend. Your responsibilities will include the implementation of new projects on GCP, migration of current functionalities to Google Cloud, ensuring application landscape stability, and supporting software releases. Additionally, you will be involved in coding as part of an agile team in the CTM area. Key Responsibilities: - Implement new projects on GCP (Spark, Dataproc, Dataflow, BigQuery, Terraform, etc.) in the whole SDLC chain - Support the migration of current functionalities to Google Cloud - Ensure the stability of the application landscape and support software releases - Assist in L3 topics and application governance - Code in the CTM area as part of an agile team (Java, Scala, Spring Boot) Qualifications Required: - Experience with databases (HDFS, BigQuery, etc.) and development preferably for Big Data and GCP technologies - Strong understanding of Data Mesh Approach and integration patterns - Understanding of Party data and integration with Product data - Architectural skills for big data solutions, especially interface architecture allowing for a fast start - Experience in Spark, Java, Scala, Python, Maven, Artifactory, Hadoop Ecosystem, GitHub Actions, GitHub, Terraform scripting - Knowledge in customer reference data, customer opening processes, and regulatory topics around know your customer processes - Ability to work well in teams and independently, being constructive and target-oriented - Good English communication skills for professional and informal interactions with the team,
