Responsible to ensure all operations in production are conducted to cGMP and ISO 15378 standards

Ensure GMP compliance in the workplace at all time by all employees. Deliver the targeted Production plan and ensure complying with predetermined quality standards

Champions to Environments, Safety, Health responsibility and ensures compliances.

Implement and improve the system management for the ISO 9001, ISO 15378.

Handling of Injection molding machine, Canister Assembly machine, packing machines

Handling of Auxiliaries Hot runner controller, Gauges, & Sensors

Plan and execute for preventive and predictive maintenance to take corrective actions in all machines

Fluency to read Machine drawings and diagnose the problem, PLC programming and diagnosing

Coordinating and facilitating Production team to achieve the production targets

Documentation of entire maintenance department as per the regulatory and GMP norms

Coordinating with Production team, quality, supply chain for smooth functioning of plant

Coordinating with site operation team, for the preparation of, all regulatory and customer audit.
