Senior Engineer-Instrumentation & Control

As a Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer at Hanwha Ocean, you will be responsible for conducting detail engineering activities for Topside facilities in FPSO/FLNG or Offshore facilities. Your role will involve developing corporate technical standards and procedures, mentoring junior engineers, conducting technical validation and quality assurance, and supporting the offshore projects in various regions such as the US, Europe, and Asia. Your key responsibilities will include assisting the Topside Instrumentation & Control Head of Discipline, updating and maintaining EPCI and O & M Phase Lesson Learnt database, ensuring compliance with relevant design codes and standards, providing engineering support for bid proposals, managing interfaces with relevant disciplines, developing project design philosophies, and working on feasibility studies, Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPCI phase Engineering. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum bachelor's degree in Instrument/Electronics & Communication or equivalent Engineering, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience with 3 years specifically in FPSO contractor or Offshore/Onshore EPC contractor. Proficiency in engineering software such as SPI, AVEVA Instrument, and Instru Cal is required. You should also possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
