Job overview:


What you'll do:

  • Hands-on Coding & Code Review

    : Tackle real-world, complex coding challenges, write and refine production-grade code.

  • Code Evaluation Frameworks

    : Build automated testing and benchmarking systems for model-generated code.

  • Quality & Performance

    : Ensure accuracy, security, and reliability in both human- and AI-generated code.

  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with product, research, and engineering teams to enhance model performance.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience

    : At least 3 years at top product companies (Amazon, Microsoft, Flipkart, Paytm, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) building and shipping large-scale software solutions.

  • Languages

    : Strong command of any of Python, Java, C/C++, or JavaScript (multi-language adaptability is a plus).

  • GenAI Exposure (Preferred)

    : Familiarity with LLMs, code generation, and model fine-tuning.
