Senior Engineer EIM Talend & MDM

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop highly scalable and extensible data pipelines for collection, storage, distribution, modeling, and analysis of large datasets
• Develop and implement data quality frameworks including unit, integration, and functional tests, with thorough documentation
• Build new data integrations, including APIs, to handle increasing data volume and complexity
• Develop scalable pipelines to improve data management, analytics, and reporting efficiency
• Ensure compliance with data governance processes to maintain quality, usability, consistency, integrity, and security
• Implement solutions aligned with architectural and data governance standards for integrations, storage, reporting, and analytics
• Perform data analysis to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT leaders to deliver solutions meeting business needs
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels to influence and drive results
• Leverage expertise in data warehousing, data modeling, DevOps/CI-CD, API integration, big data, data streaming, and cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure)

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of engineering experience in Data and Analytics and MDM, focusing on scalable solutions
• 5+ years of experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Big Data ETL tool
• 5 years working with RDBMS databases, preferably Snowflake
• 3+ years programming and scripting in Python, Java, SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Stored Procedures
• 2+ years programming and data streaming with Kafka and Azure Function App or similar technologies
• 2+ years creating test plans, strategies, test cases, and test scripts for data systems
• 2 years using job scheduling applications and security APIs
• 2 years DevOps experience with tools like Jenkins, JFrog, GitHub, Control-M
• 3 years working in Agile and Scrum frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field
• Experience in building enterprise analytics solutions and leveraging Azure cloud architecture
• Knowledge of enterprise data and information management
• Exposure to Retail domain is a plus
• Exposure to PIM and MDM systems is a plus
