Senior Engineer

What You'll Do

• Design and develop hardware circuits for UPS systems, including power conversion, control, and protection circuits.
• Develop and optimize embedded firmware for microcontrollers and DSPs used in UPS applications.
• Perform schematic design, PCB layout review, and component selection.
• Conduct system-level testing, debugging, and validation of hardware and firmware.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EMI/EMC standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and testing teams for integrated product development.
• Prepare technical documentation, design reports, and support production teams during NPI (New Product Introduction).
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Min.4-6 years of experience in hardware and firmware development for power electronics or UPS systems.
  

Skills

• Analog & digital circuit design
• Microcontrollers/DSP programming (C/C++, RTOS)
• Communication protocols (UART, CAN, Modbus)
• Experience with PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD) and simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB).
• Familiarity with compliance standards (IEC, UL).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
