Senior Engineer - Device driver programming

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a Software Engineer with strong programming skills in C programming, along with excellent exposure to Embedded systems and Real Time Operating systems concepts. The ideal candidate should have experience in Device driver programming, hardware and System on Chip (SoC) enablement, as well as familiarity with hardware interfaces like I2C, SPINOR, sensors, etc. Proficiency in using debugging tools such as Lauterbach and Trace tools is required. As a Software Engineer at Qualcomm, you will be responsible for analyzing, triaging, and debugging complex system level problems and issues. Strong problem-solving and analysis skills, effective communication, and a keen enthusiasm for learning are essential for this role. The ability to work collaboratively in a team is important, along with the capability to independently own tasks and drive them to closure. The minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 2 years of Software Engineering or related work experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree in the relevant fields with 1+ year of experience, or a PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is also acceptable.
