Senior Engineer - Design Engineering Management

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with Factory Leadership

• • Serve as the primary engineering escalation point of contact for the Factory Leader, supporting issue resolution related to safety, quality, and lead time.

  • Act as the main engineering counterpart to the Factory Leader, contributing to discussions with key customers on production challenges, technical topics, and decision-making.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

• • Work closely with factory operations, methods, quality, supply chain, and product engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering activities from design through production.

  • Support and monitor continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.

  • Report on potential NPI programs related to the development, validation, and modification of engineering solutions based on customer feedback and factory inputs.

Profile & Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Nuclear, Industrial or equivalent).

• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering roles within the nuclear or highly regulated industrial sectors.

• Strong technical foundation in manufacturing processes, product design, and industrial problem-solving.

• Demonstrated strong mechanical-design fundamentals on Generator and Turbine products.

• Proven ability to work across functions and geographies.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Experience working in international environments and matrix organizations.

• High level of autonomy, initiative, and accountability.
