Senior Engineer / Assistant manager Turbine

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Turbine Engineer with a solid background in turbine operation and maintenance in power or heavy industries. As a Senior Turbine Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe performance of turbine systems. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and managing the operation and maintenance of steam/gas turbines, optimizing turbine performance and efficiency, leading preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, have a strong technical knowledge of turbine systems, and preferably have experience in the power plant or heavy industry sector. This full-time position is located in Gandhidham, Gujarat. The selected candidate will be working in rotational shifts on-site.
