About the Role

Hyva (India) is searching for a talented and motivated person to join our Production Planning team at Pune. The role will be Responsible for daily planning and coordinating with the Sales department. Daily Production Booking in the system and preparation of the Make and Buy list from BOM. Fabrication Machine Shop Efficiency Improvement. ERP data posting responsibility.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Daily Production Plan Preparation on the basis of the sales team's input.
• Daily WIP Analysis with the SCM team and Operations team for inventory reduction with data.
• Prepare Make and Buy list from BOM for a new product shared by the Design team.
• Analysis of ageing inventory data with the operations team.
• Maintain MIS data in the system and provide it when required.
• Assist the Sales unit in coordinating and planning customer orders and deliveries.
• Placing the production order with stores. And closing the order before the end of each month.
• Evaluate production control activities to ensure that the final product meets customer specifications.
• Data update on the intranet related to the monthly MIS.
• Need to update routing data and coordination from PPC to the costing team on NPD activities.
• Production Routing time booking in ERP.
• Daily Production qty updating and FG qty updating in ERP for generating invoices.
  

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant Experience of 4-6 years
