Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Engineer - Civil to join our team for a high-rise residential project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and executing large-scale residential projects using Mivan shuttering technology. This role demands a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the execution of residential high-rise projects from inception to completion, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Implement and supervise the high-quality construction, ensuring adherence to Mivan shuttering procedures and best practices. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards, and address any quality-related issues promptly. Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, while maintaining accurate records of resource usage and project progress. Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and standards, conducting safety audits and promoting a culture of safety awareness among all project team members. Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and project schedules, and provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and achievements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mivan shuttering on-site, and optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity and reduce wastage. Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Represent the organization in project meetings, prepare and present project reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory authorities. Stay updated with the latest developments in civil engineering, and ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards. Qualifications and Skills: B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing residential high-rise projects, with proven expertise in Mivan shuttering technology. Strong project management and leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Willingness to work on-site and travel as required, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
