Job Description

Job Summary: As a Senior Electrical Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex control systems for industrial machinery and Battery operated systems. This is a hands-on role requiring in-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, PLC programming, and system integration. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop control systems including electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams. Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and Battery operated systems. Lead and support the development and commissioning of Welding manipulator systems at customer sites. Ensure systems meet safety, regulatory, and customer specifications. Mentor junior engineers and guide shop floor personnel for production related issues. Maintain project documentation, including BOMs, manuals, and design revisions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in electrical controls design and automation. Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.). Experience with battery operated systems. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
