Senior E-Commerce QA & Automation

As a QA and Automation Lead at ClickForge, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing QA and automation teams for large-scale e-commerce projects. Your main responsibilities will include designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using Selenium for both web and mobile applications. You will also be responsible for managing QA processes for Magento and other customized e-commerce platform integrations, as well as conducting performance testing using JMeter to identify and optimize bottlenecks. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness. You will also be responsible for managing defect tracking and reporting via Jira, implementing best practices in test automation, regression testing, and continuous integration, and mentoring and training QA team members on tools, processes, and automation frameworks. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test plans, and automation scripts. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of professional QA and automation experience, including team leadership, and strong expertise in Magento or similar e-commerce platforms with customized codebases. Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, performance testing tools like JMeter, cross-browser testing tools like BrowserStack, API testing tools like Postman, and test management tools like Jira is required. Availability for flexible hours with mandatory presence between 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST is also necessary. Preferred skills for this role include experience with NetSuite-related testing, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and an understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
