Senior Dynamics 365 Software Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer at the company, your main responsibility will be designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. Your role will involve developing and deploying custom solutions, workflows, plugins, and integrations using PowerApps and React to effectively address specific business requirements. You will need to have a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct technical analysis of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Power Platform Apps (D365). - Design and implement custom solutions, workflows, and plugins within Dynamics 365 to address specific business needs. - Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using APIs, Power Platform, and Azure services. - Configure Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service, to align with organizational requirements. - Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 applications. - Create and maintain detailed documentation for customizations, configurations, and development efforts. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Assist with system updates, patches, and new feature rollouts to ensure optimal system performance. - Conduct testing to ensure deliverables meet functional and technical specifications. - Perform code reviews of development done by other technical team members to ensure performance optimization and adherence to best practices. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience: 6 to 9 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customization and configuration. - Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS. - Familiarity with using Web APIs. - Knowledge of Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions. - Familiarity with SQL Server and data integration tools. - Proven ability in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 using Workflows, Plugins, PowerApps, Power Automate. - Proven ability in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365, CPQ, and system integrations. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.,
