Role Overview: Jay Gorsia Design is seeking a Senior Draftsman for a full-time on-site role in Kolkata. As a Senior Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed technical drawings and plans, collaborating with architects and designers, ensuring compliance with architectural standards, and revising drawings based on client feedback. Your close coordination with the construction team will be essential in ensuring accurate implementation of plans and providing detailed documents for construction projects. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed technical drawings and architectural plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software - Collaborate with architects and designers to develop precise drafts - Ensure compliance with architectural standards and building codes - Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements - Coordinate closely with the construction team to ensure accurate implementation of plans - Provide detailed documents and specifications for construction and design projects Qualifications: - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software - Experience in creating detailed technical drawings and architectural plans - Understanding of architectural standards and building codes - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with architects, designers, and construction teams - Ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field - Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines - Familiarity with project management software is a plus,
