You will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core. Your responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns. You will develop web and enterprise applications using ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and WPF. Ensuring software meets functional and non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and security is crucial. As a technical leader, you will mentor junior and mid-level developers, review code for quality and consistency, and assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues. Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver business solutions is essential. Working closely with UI/UX designers and front-end developers to create user-friendly applications is part of your role. Participating in agile development practices, analyzing and optimizing application performance, and profiling and debugging performance issues are key responsibilities. Documenting technical solutions, codebase, and system architecture for stakeholders is vital. Staying updated with emerging technologies and driving the adoption of new tools within the team are encouraged.
