Job Description

As a Senior Director of India Data Center SSD at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in leading the SSD development functions. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of SSD development, including Firmware (FW), Validation, Product Development Leadership (PDT), system, and Hardware (HW). Your expertise in storage firmware, extensive experience in data center development, and proven track record of working in a global environment will be essential for this role. You will be driving the delivery of Data Center SSD products and supporting customer qualifications. Additionally, you will manage central SSD functions such as FW simulator, automation, validation frameworks, customer software tools, and debug development tools. Your strong people leadership, technical skills, collaboration abilities, and innovation mindset will be instrumental in leading the development and delivery of cutting-edge SSD products. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong knowledge of storage firmware, extensive experience with all data center development functions, and 10+ years of technical experience in the industry. You should also possess proven experience working in a global geo environment.
