Role: Senior Director - IT Infrastructure - OTT / Media Exp: 15 to 20 years Location : Chenna i CTC : upto 1.50 Cr per annum Industry : OTT / Media Company : leading cloud transformations of OTT and in-home experiences for Pay-TV, Telcos, and MVPDs This role holds overall accountability for the organization's IT Infrastructure and Operations (I&O). The Director of I&O is tasked with ensuring the seamless delivery of IT infrastructure and operations that support business capabilities and services across the enterprise. Additionally, the Director serves as a senior stakeholder, managing relationships with external providers of infrastructure and operational capabilities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. - Lead teams in the design, development, integration, and overall delivery of Video Platforms (OTT) based on n-tier architecture. - Oversee the design and development of media ingestion workflows, metadata management systems, and authentication and authorization mechanisms. - Develop secure content delivery methodologies, including deep linking and syndication, leveraging delivery protocols such as HLS, DASH, and SS, and implementing multi-DRM technologies. - Deliver OTT apps for Mobile Device Platforms like Web, IOS, Android, Roku Tizen, STBs and connected platforms. - Minimum 15 years of IT experience with at least 8 years in implementing and developing Devops Technologies. - Expertise with Source Code Management (Version Control System) tools like Git - Should have played the role of Devops Architect for cloud products and Kubernetes Strategy at enterprise scale. - Extensive experience in developing Continuous Integration/Pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Travis CI. - Strong experience in Dockerizing / Migrating different on-premises services applications for Kubernetes/Docker Swarm (RoR, Python 2.7/3.6, NodeJS 10/11, Go, Angular, etc- .). - Experienced in creating Devops Architecture from scratch and drive migration/containerization for cloud nativeness and instill Devops Culture in engineering teams. - Contributed to Infra & cloud security by implementing configurations on Firewall devices (PA / CISCO ASA) &setting up security rules in VPN gateways in cloud.
