Senior Director - Digital Network & Security

Role Overview: As a Network Architect in the Telecom/Communications Equipments domain, your primary responsibility will be to design and manage network interface devices. Your expertise in networking knowledge, concepts, and network architecture will be crucial in achieving the unit/account margin and revenue goals. Your role will also involve talent management, succession planning, and ensuring service excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve the unit/account margin goals through optimization initiatives - Meet revenue goals set for the unit/account - Develop a formal succession plan for critical roles - Manage and improve talent within the program - Ensure all critical roles have a formal succession plan - Track SLAs/KPIs for programs and aim for zero-defect delivery - Achieve formal published GO for the program and track through customer governance - Implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and service excellence - Conduct formal internal reviews of published plans vs actuals - Ensure compliance to service and security management processes - Share best practices within the account for organizational improvement - Identify and execute value-based initiatives for customers - Document projects and share with the SEPG team Qualifications Required: - Education: MBA/PG Diploma - Skills: - Expertise in Network Interface Devices and Network Architecture - Advanced knowledge in Networking Concepts and Network Administration (SDWAN) - Certification: CCDP Additional Details: The position is based in Bengaluru, India.,
