Senior Director - Digital Network & Security

Role Overview: As a Network Architect with expertise in technology and networking roles, you will be responsible for designing and managing network architecture, specifically focusing on SDWAN deployment and administration. Your primary domain will be in the Telecom/Communications Equipment sector, specializing in network interface devices. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve the unit/account margin goals through optimization initiatives and monthly profitability reports - Meet revenue goals for the unit/account - Develop formal succession plans for critical roles - Implement talent management and improvement strategies - Ensure all SLAs/KPIs are met with zero defect delivery - Devise and implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and service excellence - Track and improve productivity systematically - Maintain 100% compliance with QMS/IMS processes and share best practices within the account - Execute value-based initiatives for customers and document projects for SEPG team Qualifications Required: - MBA/PG Diploma in a related field - Expertise in technology and networking roles, with certifications such as CCDP - Advanced knowledge of network architecture and design - Experience in deploying and managing SDWAN - Strong understanding of network interface devices and Telecom/Communications Equipment Location: India - Bengaluru Please note that the additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.,
