WHAT YOU OFFER US

We are seeking a Digital Production & AI Transformation Leader to help shape the next evolution of creative production for one of the worlds most advanced global capability centers in advertising and marketing services.

This is not a conventional production role — it is a hybrid of creative technology, automation, and operations leadership. The selected leader will drive innovation in digital content creation, establish next-generation workflows, and enable AI-powered production at scale across markets and media.

key roles and responsibilities

1. Digital Creative Production Leadership

  • Oversee end-to-end production for digital assets including static and rich-media banners, HTML5 creatives, dynamic emails, landing pages, microsites, UI/UX prototypes, and motion graphics.
  • Partner with global creative and account teams to translate creative ideas into scalable, high-quality digital deliverables.
  • Champion craft excellence, platform compliance, and performance-driven creativity.

2. Automation & Process Innovation

  • Identify, design, and implement automation use cases across creative production (e.g., resizing, versioning, localization).
  • Lead workflow modernization across tools such as Figma, After Effects, Animate, Google Web Designer, Adobe Creative Cloud, and platform APIs.
  • Develop and govern production templates, component libraries, and automation frameworks to improve throughput and quality.

3. AI-Driven Content & Design Enablement

  • Evaluate and integrate AI tools for design, image, video, and content generation (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, Sora, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs).
  • Partner with data, tech, and operations teams to create AI-assisted creative pipelines for banner, motion, and web content.
  • Stay ahead of trends in creative AI, automation, and MarTech to guide organization readiness.

4. Studio & Capability Growth

  • Mentor a team of digital producers, developers, and motion designers; nurture cross-functional talent capable of handling integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with operations and global stakeholders to define future capability roadmaps.
  • Drive partnerships with global agency teams to ensure innovation is business-linked and ROI-driven.

GREAT TO HAVE:

  • 12–18 years of experience in digital creative production, preferably in a global advertising or digital-marketing network environment.
  • Expertise across HTML5 banners, motion graphics, UI/UX, responsive web, email design/development, and digital campaign deployment.
  • Hands-on experience in creative automation workflows (Figma plugins, Adobe scripts, API-driven production, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and creative automation platforms for design, content, and motion generation.
  • Proven success in leading digital or hybrid creative teams across global markets.
  • Excellent understanding of production metrics, workflow governance, and delivery automation.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to bridge creative, technology, and operations teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exposure to AI/ML in creative or content production ecosystems.
  • Experience building or managing Centers of Excellence for creative technology or digital craft.
  • Understanding of DAMs, workflow tools, and automated QA systems.
  • Passion for technology-driven creativity and the evolving future of digital production.
