The Digital Marketing Specialist position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan requires a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing Expert with over 5 years of experience in the field. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns focused on SEO, Google Ads (Search & Display), and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Your primary responsibilities will include strategizing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, attract qualified traffic, and generate high-quality leads. Your duties will involve devising and overseeing comprehensive SEO strategies encompassing on-page, off-page, and technical components. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits to enhance organic visibility. Managing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Remarketing, will be a crucial aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will be tasked with planning and executing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook & Instagram to achieve performance and branding goals. To ensure optimal campaign performance, you will need to employ A/B testing, performance tracking, and data analytics techniques to maximize ROI. Generating insightful reports on campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations will be essential. It is imperative to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, advertising platforms, and SEO to drive continuous improvement. Collaboration with content, design, and web development teams is vital to align digital marketing efforts effectively. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are advantageous. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, etc., are required. Demonstrated success in managing substantial ad budgets with measurable ROI is essential. Excellent communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills are crucial for this role.
