Senior Digital Engineer

As a Senior DFT Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in implementing and verifying DFT methodologies for SoCs. With 3-5 years of experience in Design for Test (DFT), you will collaborate with design, verification, and synthesis teams to ensure successful DFT implementation. Your responsibilities will include scan insertion, ATPG, memory BIST, DFT simulations, and debugging for all DFT methodologies. It is essential to have proficiency in industry-standard DFT EDA tools and methodologies, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
