As a Dialysis Therapist, you'll be central to patient care, operating advanced dialysis equipment, preparing machines, and ensuring consumable readiness and manage subordinates. You will closely monitor patients, respond to their needs, and maintain a sterile environment by strictly adhering to infection control. Responsibilities also include educating patients/families, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and meticulous documentation.
