Senior Dialysis Technician

As a Senior Dialysis Technician, your role is crucial in ensuring all dialysis procedures comply with medical protocols and patient safety standards. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting staff during dialysis treatments, monitoring patient responses to treatment, and intervening in emergencies when necessary. Collaboration with nephrologists and other medical staff regarding patient care plans is also a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be required to supervise dialysis nurses, technicians, and support staff, as well as create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
