At Zysk Tech, were a passionate and innovative web development startup based in Bangalore, India, on a mission to create exceptional web and mobile experiences for our clientsOur young and diverse team is made up of bold, fearless problem-solvers who embrace creativity, collaboration, and continuous learningWith over half of our 60 team members in their first job, we foster a fun and supportive environment where talent is nurtured, and everyone grows togetherIf youre excited about technology and looking to make a real impact, Zysk is the place for you!About The RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and automating infrastructure using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelinesThe ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing scalable cloud infrastructure, managing containerized applications, and optimizing resource allocation for high availability and performance

What You Will Do
Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, EKS, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM, etc.)

Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions

Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance, scalability, and security

Handle resource provisioning and allocation for production and staging environments

Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools

Automate workflows for deployment, scaling, and recovery

Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure reliable software delivery

Conduct performance tuning, cost optimization, and environment cleanup activities

Troubleshoot system and deployment issues and provide long-term fixes

What You Will Need
5+ years of hands-on DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience

Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services with proven implementation experience

In-depth knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes in production environments

Experience with Helm, Kustomize, or other Kubernetes configuration tools

Proficiency with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go

Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and pipeline management

Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch

Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and load balancing in the cloud

Good communication skills and experience working in agile teams

Preferred Qualifications
AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect)

Experience with GitOps practices using ArgoCD or Flux

Background in microservices deployment and management

Knowledge of database administration (RDS, PostgreSQL, etc.)
