Senior DevOps Engineer

As a skilled DevOps Engineer at our leading telecommunications provider in the UAE, specializing in innovative digital services, your primary role will be maintaining and optimizing our Microsoft Azure-based cloud infrastructure. You will play a crucial part in managing deployments, enhancing GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of our platform services. Your contributions will be key in enabling the smooth and secure delivery of our technology solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain, monitor, and optimize Azure-based cloud infrastructure. - Configure and enhance GitLab CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment processes. - Manage application secrets and configurations securely using Azure Key Vault. - Monitor system performance to ensure reliability, security, and availability. - Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to streamline deployment workflows. - Coordinate with external DevOps and security teams to maintain cloud security and compliance standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure management. - Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipeline construction and optimization, preferably with GitLab CI/CD. - Experience managing secrets/configurations using Azure Key Vault or similar tools. - Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Next.js, Node.js) and PostgreSQL databases. - Understanding of secure and scalable cloud architectures, including network topologies like Hub-Spoke. - Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience with monitoring tools and incident response processes. - Good communication skills in English.
