Senior Development Manager, Middle and Back Office, Information Technology

You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. Your role will involve the development of components essential for the rollout of MOBO functionality. In addition, you will be tasked with resolving operational issues, implementing preventive measures, and collaborating with Development team members on implementation, technical reviews, testing, and releases. Your focus will also include working on automation, efficiency, and optimization tasks to deliver measurable KPIs and contributing to the realization of the Technology roadmap for the Middle and Back Office team. To qualify for this role, you must possess a Computer Science or equivalent degree. You should have 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in building enterprise applications using various web technologies. Proficiency in Core Java is a must, along with prior development experience in a banking or capital market environment. Working knowledge of Unix operating systems such as Solaris and Linux is essential, as is hands-on experience with code management tools like Git or Bitbucket. Moreover, you should have a good understanding of messaging systems such as JMS, Solace, EMS, and MQ, as well as familiarity with Relational databases, Oracle, and SQL (DML, DDL). A sound knowledge of various design patterns, the Spring framework (Boot, Integration, Batch, Actuator), Maven, and development environments and related tools (Build management, Source Control management, Continuous Integration, Code Review Tools) will be beneficial for this role.,
