Description
The Technical Lead plays a crucial role as an enabler within the project team to ensure that the development team is effectively working towards achieving technical delivery goals. It is their responsibility to uphold high functional and non-functional quality, as well as maintain high code standards. In this position, you serve as a force-multiplier by leading, coaching, and guiding others to achieve success. Your specific role responsibilities include: - Analysis and design: Assist developers in understanding the problem at hand, provide consultations and pair-work when necessary, specify solutions, and contribute to requirements gathering. - Development: Supervise technical quality, provide continuous feedback to developers, and support regression testing by promoting automated and unit testing. - SDLC and process oversight: Ensure adherence to SDLC, maintain CI builds, allocate developer support for releases, and prepare technical stage gates for production. - Non-functional requirements: Enforce coding standards, take responsibility for non-functional requirements, and collaborate with colleagues to address issues. - Community and collaboration: Stay updated on company-wide initiatives, actively participate in technical lead forums and communities, identify problems, and provide solutions to enhance development. You will be responsible for technical leadership to ensure high productivity and quality on the assigned project and for non-functional requirements. The ideal candidate should possess a first-class bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, have experience in large-scale technology delivery projects, be confident in a delivery-focused environment, and be adept at working with stakeholders. Additionally, expertise in Microsoft .NET development products, web development, financial products, markets, and web services is required.
