Senior Developer/Team Lead

You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers working on frontend, backend, and mobile app development. Your role will involve architecting, designing, and developing high-quality web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensuring best practices in code quality, architecture, testing, and deployment will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will manage and review code for consistency and high standards, stay updated with emerging technologies, and propose technical solutions. Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications for maximum performance and scalability will also be part of your duties. You will manage project timelines, technical risks, and resource allocations while guiding the team through all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You must have 03 to 05 years of hands-on experience in a lead role. Strong proficiency in Frontend technologies such as React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript is essential. Expertise in Backend technologies like PHP (Laravel), Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB (or any NoSQL/SQL database) is also required. Proven experience in developing mobile applications using React Native, familiarity with API integrations (RESTful APIs, GraphQL), and experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, & Bitbucket) are necessary. A solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud will be an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are also important for this role.
