Senior Developer SAP ABAP/FIORI/BTP

As a Developer / Senior Developer specializing in SAP ABAP/FIORI/BTP at Medline India, your role is crucial in leading and delivering end-to-end technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP customizations, SAP FIORI applications, and SAP BTP solutions. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. - Develop and enhance SAP FIORI/UI5 apps, including extending standard applications and creating custom ones. - Manage and optimize integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services like SAP Integration Suite and SAP Extension Suite. - Provide technical leadership in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for SAP ABAP programs. - Stay updated with emerging SAP technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and drive their adoption across projects. - Mentor and guide junior consultants and developers within the team. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables. - Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business processes. Skills / Experience: - Deep expertise in SAP ABAP, including object-oriented programming, enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and workflows. - Strong experience with SAP FIORI/UI5 development, OData services, and Launchpad configurations. - Proficiency in SAP BTP, including tools like CAP, RAP, Node.js. - Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools (IDOC, RFC, ALE, and API management). - Familiarity with S/4HANA migration projects and greenfield implementations. - Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - SAP certifications in ABAP, FIORI, and/or SAP BTP will be an added advantage.
