Senior Developer SAP ABAP

As a Senior SAP ABAP Developer at GMG, your role involves collaborating with functional consultants and business users to design and develop SAP ABAP solutions that meet business requirements. You will lead the development, testing, and delivery of ABAP programs and enhancements, ensuring adherence to coding standards and naming conventions. Your responsibilities also include analyzing high-level business processes, committing to continuous improvement, and participating in quality management tasks within Scrum or Agile project frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to discover, design, and develop SAP ABAP solutions. - Lead the development, testing, and delivery of ABAP programs and enhancements. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and naming conventions. - Assist in testing and provide operating controls to ensure development requirements are satisfied. - Analyze high-level business processes and requirements to deliver effective technical solutions. - Commit to continuous improvement of processes and technical skills. - Participate in quality management tasks such as code reviews, version management, and transport management. - Work within Scrum or Agile project frameworks. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology or related field. - Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP ABAP implementation and support. - Proven track record of leading SAP projects. - Experience with SAP ERP and related modules (e.g., MM, SD, WM).
