Senior Developer - .Net Technologies

Role Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional with strong full-stack development and leadership skills to join and add value to a dedicated and friendly team. As a Senior Programmer, you will be responsible for independently handling programming tasks on multiple projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Independently develop and maintain software solutions using SQL Server, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC. - Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server 2008 or higher. - Implement and generate reports using Crystal Reports. - Set up and maintain version control systems like TFS and GitHub. - Conduct requirement analysis and gather specifications, especially for healthcare projects. - Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, including DPDP acts and other data privacy laws. - Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software development and compliance. Qualification Required: - MCA or BE/B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer. - Hands-on experience in at least 3 independent projects using SQL Server 2008 or higher, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC. - Strong expertise in Crystal Reports for reporting and data visualization. - Experience in setting up and managing version control systems like TFS and GitHub. - In-depth knowledge of the healthcare domain, including requirement analysis and gathering. - Understanding of data protection and compliance laws, including DPDP acts. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
