Role & responsibilities

10-15 years hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC, REST API, OOP, and SOLID principles.
Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using .NET Core and C#.
Architect complex solutions and ensure code scalability, maintainability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and effort estimates.
Advanced expertise in PostgreSQL and SQL: database design, query optimization, handling transactions, migrations.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud deployment.
Communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
Proven experience guiding and mentoring 6 to 8 developers, setting tasks, and resolving technical challenges.
Conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and ensuring application quality.
