Job Description: We are looking for a skilled MES Core Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform. This role involves building scalable microservices, ensuring quality through unit testing, and supporting seamless integration with SAP and factory systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with a strong foundation in .Net Core, microservices, and MES processes, and a passion for delivering robust and maintainable solutions. Minimum Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in .Net Core development and industrial MES solutions. Preferred Qualification: Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in manufacturing IT environments and SAP/MES integration is preferred Job Location: Bangalore, India Responsibilities: 1. Define, design, and deliver high quality Microservice architecture based solutions on the Microsoft .NET Stack for BSH factories worldwide. 2. Leverage cutting-edge technologies in a modern development environment, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, .NET Core, C#, Angular, Databases, CI/CO 3. Develop solution with a high degree of complexity in critical production environment using .Net Core, C#, and MS SQL. 4. Provide development direction and mentor (junior) software developers, conduct design reviews, pair programming and join hackathons 5. Ensure robust unit testing and participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality. 6. Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. 7. Apply SOLID principles and design patterns to deliver scalable and extensible solutions. 8. Integrate MES Core services with SAP systems and other factory-level applications. 9. Contribute to front-end micro-apps for operator interfaces and dashboards. 10. Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines 11. Support bug fixes, enhancements, and performance tuning in live systems. 12. Working in an agile team together with other teams on exciting solutions for the global Industry 4.0 program of BSH (Scrum/SAFe) Must-Have Skills: .Net Core, C# Angular JS MS SQL Microservices (Kubernetes, Docker) Unit Testing SOLID Principles & Design Patterns, Micro Frontend Apps, MES & SAP integration knowledge Additional Skillsets: 1. Experience in developing RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures. 2. Familiarity with Agile development frameworks like Scrum or SAFe. 3. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and MES platforms. 4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex issues. 5. Good communication and intercultural collaboration skills. 6. Fluency in English is required.
