Key Responsibilities: - Learn and become an expert on Invesco brand guidelines to ensure all communications align with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. - Provide production and post-production support for marketing sales literature, infographics, fillable forms, presentations, and other adhoc requests under limited supervision. - Work closely with marketers to understand project requests, seek clarifications, and ensure all relevant information is gathered to deliver projects on time. - Self-review all deliverables for layout, consistency, and brand compliance, maintaining 100% quality during all stages, and assist junior designers as necessary. - Create Accessible Communications for external-facing deliverables (AODA / ADA WCAG). - Practice diligent file management, organize, and archive files according to established departmental processes. - Become proficient in utilizing the web-based job trafficking system (Aprimo) to manage all production tasks. Qualification Required: - 7+ years of working experience in graphic design, preferably in a content production team, supporting multiple internal or external clients in a high-traffic design environment. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects) and other relevant design tools. - Maintain and build upon knowledge of industry-standard software for video editing, motion graphics, page layout, infographics, typography, print production, and photo manipulation. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel) and working knowledge of creating fillable forms, image editing, and video editing. - Familiarity with PDF remediation/Accessibility knowledge (WCAG Guidelines 2.0) is a plus.
