Senior Designer - Architectural Design & Corporate Interior

You will be working as a Senior Designer in the Design department based in Bangalore. You will report to the Team Lead - Design and your primary responsibility will be to develop creative design concepts, detailed working drawings, and finish selections. This includes preparing design presentations that align with client requirements and maintaining comprehensive documentation of design activities. Your role will also involve managing drawing delivery schedules, overseeing on-site execution to ensure adherence to design specifications and project deadlines, and resolving on-site challenges efficiently. Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, vendors, site engineers, and other stakeholders will be crucial. Additionally, you will provide follow-up support to customers and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. To excel in this role, you must have 8-12 years of experience in commercial or corporate interior design and hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Photoshop is essential for design, documentation, and reporting tasks. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are also required. Being updated on industry trends, construction materials, and costs will help you ensure innovative and cost-effective design solutions. Your knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and accessible design requirements will be essential in project execution.
